OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a dedicated, experienced Property Manager to oversee two mid-sized residential communities in the Tacoma area. With a combined unit count of just over 160, this full-time role requires someone who is organized, professional, and confident managing operations across multiple locations. The resident population includes a large number of older adults, so a calm, respectful, and service-minded demeanor is essential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead day-to-day operations across two residential communities
• Supervise staff, vendors, and contractors across both sites
• Maintain high occupancy and superior resident satisfaction
• Ensure communities are clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently
• Handle budgeting, rent collection, compliance, and reporting duties
