Roadway to Independence is looking for a motivated OT/COTA to join our team and gain valuable experience in driver rehabilitation . If you're excited to help individuals return to or maintain safe driving, this is your opportunity to learn, grow, and make a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in clinical and on-road evaluations (training provided)
• Support clients with adaptive equipment and cognitive/perceptual training
• Collaborate with physicians, funding sources, the Department of Transportation, and Mobility Dealers
• Participate in care planning and documentation
• Promote safety, independence, and quality of life through mobility

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OTR), licensed in Pennsylvania
• Interest in driver rehabilitation and adaptive mobility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn in a growing specialty area of OT
• Compassionate, client-focused approach

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.04 - $31.36 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
