Owner-Operator Recruiter – $750 per Owner-Operator Recruited

Job Type: Independent Contractor 

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Owner-Operator Recruiters to join our logistics network. In this remote, commission-based position, you will source and recruit over-the-road CDL-A drivers with their own MC numbers. You will also have the opportunity to recruit company drivers through our partnered trucking companies. Each qualified owner-operator you bring on board earns you $750.

This role is perfect for seasoned logistics professionals who already have experience generating leads, building relationships with drivers, and understanding the trucking industry. Training is not provided , so applicants must be fully capable of sourcing and recruiting on their own.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and recruit qualified owner-operators and company drivers

• Assess driver profiles and match them to the appropriate opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment and placement activity

• Coordinate with trucking company partners for seamless onboarding

• Independently generate leads and manage your recruitment pipeline

Qualifications:

• Proven experience recruiting CDL-A over-the-road drivers or company drivers

• Strong understanding of logistics, freight, and trucking industry operations

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Access to tools or networks to generate your own driver leads

Pay: $750 per owner-operator recruited (commission-based)
