Hiring for a Legal Assistant or Corporate Paralegal to support an in-house corporate legal department in Bryn Mawr, PA. Duties include but are not limited to managing the calendar, corporate state filings, reviewing and responding to legal department mail, collecting documentation related to corporate legal matters, basic online research, speaking with clients directed to the legal department, communicating with company managers regarding legal policy, etc. We need someone with strong administrative ability, analytical skills, attention to detail and excited about collaborating with the legal department as well as other internal department members.
