Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication skills and computer skills are essential. Microsoft Office proficiency is preferred. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide administrative support of legal services in an office setting under the supervision of our workers' compensation attorneys. Key Responsibilities:
· Case Management: Assist attorneys with managing a caseload of workers' compensation claims from initial intake through resolution.
· File Management : Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurately filed, updated, and disclosed in a timely manner.
· Document Preparation: Draft legal documents such as medical disclosure letters, witness disclosures, correspondence, independent medical examination notices and discovery letters. Prepare evidentiary packets for Department of Labor and Compensation Appeals Board hearings. Prepare medical record packets for medical professionals.
· Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule independent medical examinations, medical records reviews, labor market surveys, transportation to/from medical appointments and interpreters.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks efficiently.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
