Role: Payroll Analyst
Hiring Type : Contract – 3 Months+
Location: Washington DC
Office Schedule : 2 days in office (consider remote after training)
Pay: 33-37
Our client, a well known Hospital, is looking for a Payroll Analyst due to project base work. Estimated length is 3 months, but likely the chance could go longer.
Requirements
· Min of 5 years of experience processing payroll for 1k+ people
· Experience doing Payroll for a LARGE, complex or multi entity
· Recent End to end payroll processing
· Bank reconciliations
Job Description:
· Participate in biweekly payroll processes related to the UKG Time and Attendance System
· Support the UKG system in the areas of integration review and administration, advanced scheduling, maintenance of cross reference tables, training, and error management.
· Also communicate with IT for access management, management of downtime events, new releases and application upgrades, and technical support for biweekly payroll
· Provide customer service support to employees and department managers to resolve payroll related problems or inquiries
· Ensure payroll related compliance with union collective bargaining agreement (CBA)
· Review, process and input employee tuition reimbursement requests, employee relocation allowances, retroactive pay adjustments, employee deduction refunds and other miscellaneous payroll transactions

· Assist with bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly Federal and State tax payments and filings
