💼 About the Role

As a Perk Partner Sales, you’ll be responsible for building our network of local business partners in Lincoln. This is a pure growth role: identifying, pitching, and signing local businesses that want to reach thousands of students through exclusive deals and promotions on Housr . You’ll be a trusted advisor to local business owners, showing them how partnering with Housr increases visibility and foot traffic.

This is a high-energy, self-driven role with uncapped earning potential for those who can build and manage their own pipeline effectively.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target local businesses in food, retail, fitness, and services. You’ll own your pipeline and be expected to consistently add new prospects.
• Outreach & Pitches: Engage business owners and decision-makers, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and close new partnership deals.
• Market Insight: Stay on top of local business trends and student preferences to anticipate opportunities and strengthen your pitch.

• Relationship Building: Establish long-term connections with partners and position housr as a trusted growth channel for their business.
• Promotion Design: Collaborate with partners to craft attractive student discounts and campaigns that stand out in the app.
• Targets & Metrics: Consistently hit and exceed monthly new-partner targets, using SMART planning to organize your daily activity.
