As the PR & Marketing Manager for AIRE Ancient Baths in New York , you will lead and execute the local Public Relations and B2B strategy across our two iconic locations — Tribeca and Upper East Side — driving brand awareness, visibility, and positioning within one of the world’s most competitive and influential markets.
This is a hands-on and strategic role that combines brand guardianship, partnership development, and storytelling. You’ll represent AIRE’s unique wellness philosophy to press, influencers, corporate clients, and hospitality partners, ensuring that every communication reflects the essence of our brand
Drive local awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand across New York City, acting as a brand advocate and guardian of our image and standards.
Cultivate and manage relationships with media, influencers, and partners through PR activations, collaborations, and events.
Ensure the consistency of AIRE’s visual and verbal identity across both locations (Tribeca & UES).
Collaborate with the Global Social Media Manager to adapt and localize content according to New York’s audience and opportunities.
Supervise and coordinate photo/video shoots and press visits to ensure alignment with brand storytelling.
Partner with the Global Marketing team to localize global campaigns and ensure flawless execution in New York.
Report key initiatives, media coverage, and ROI to HQ in Barcelona on a regular basis.
Coordinate with local operations, guest experience, and retail teams to ensure communication initiatives are seamlessly executed on-site.
Manage and host influencers, press, and VIP guests, ensuring an exceptional brand experience during visits.
Oversee local event partnerships and experiences that reflect AIRE’s brand values.
Track and report client feedback and online reputation insights through platforms like TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and internal surveys.
Build and expand AIRE’s B2B network in New York — including hotels, luxury hospitality groups, corporations, event agencies, and wellness partners.
Develop and manage ongoing relationships with key accounts, from corporate wellness programs to private events and brand collaborations.
Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that drive both awareness and sales.
Manage and track the B2B sales funnel, ensuring accurate reporting of leads, conversions, and performance metrics.
Provide weekly progress updates to HQ and Local Management.
