Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. What You’ll Do:
As a Principal Designer on the Playback Experience team, you will define the vision, strategy, and design direction for the product areas that shape how audiences experience live content and entertainment on Peacock. You’ll guide multiple projects and designers to ensure alignment with our organization’s goals, design principles, and long-term product vision.
Our team is focused on delivering best-in-class sports and playback experiences across TV, Web, and Mobile. From live events and dynamic data integrations to intuitive replays, highlights, and lean-back viewing, you’ll help craft experiences that meet viewers where they are and elevate how they watch.
This role requires a visionary design leader who can translate user needs, whether during a high-energy game or a relaxed viewing session, into elegant, impactful, cross-platform experiences. You’ll drive innovation, foster collaboration across disciplines, and shape the future of how audiences watch and connect with Peacock.
