Job Description

Temple Court is looking for Events Staff to join their growing team! This is specifically for our events. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests
  • Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
  • Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Taking accurate beverage orders from guests
  • Delivering beverages to guests in a timely manner; ensuring that all orders are presented and delivered correctly
  • Being ready and willing to assist fellow team members to maintain the smooth operation of the event
  • Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
  • Maintaining and upholding our company's vision and values
  • Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn
  • Taking part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties
  • Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment, including buffets, bars, and service areas

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform all technical service functions through the course of an event
  • Experience with catering style service; ability to carry drinks and glassware on a serving tray
  • Professional attitude that comes through in personal interactions and communications
  • Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry, food, and beverage
  • Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Lift up to 50 pounds of weight
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, walk, carry multiple objects
