***Position Summary - The AI Product Owner will own the vision and execution for AI products, with an immediate focus on the "Ready" project-a Gen AI initiative designed to: o Reduce time to restore platforms after incidents. o Accelerate root cause identification. o Minimize effort in creating post-incident documentation. - This role combines Product Owner and Product Manager responsibilities, requiring strong project management rigor and AI domain expertise. The individual will prioritize backlogs, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure delivery of AI-enabled solutions while balancing technical feasibility and business impact. ***Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain AI product roadmap. - Prioritize backlog and define acceptance criteria for the "Ready" project. - Facilitate collaboration across engineering, data science, compliance, and business teams. - Monitor performance, drive iterative improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance. - Quantify ROI and report progress to leadership. - Champion Agile best practices and stakeholder communications. - Support team structure and enforce rigor in project management and product ownership. ***Skills & Qualifications - Agile expertise (Jira, Confluence). - Strong AI knowledge (Generative AI, RAG, NLP). - Proven experience as Product Owner/Manager in tech environments. - Required: Hands-on experience with AI projects and familiarity with AI terminology. - Preferred: Python, API integration, LangChain, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering. - Strong communication, risk management, and planning skills. - Ability to work independently and lead AI projects effectively. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $77.36 - $77.36/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
