• We are looking for candidates who possess either a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience (or 12 years of related experience in place of a degree). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in process improvement, project delivery, business analysis, or similar areas. You should have expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and various product management tools, as well as a solid understanding of multiple software delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience in analyzing business requirements and processes in accordance with risk management frameworks, along with the ability to develop user stories and follow the development process, is essential. Additionally, advanced knowledge in Process Engineering methodologies and Change Management practices is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with business owners and subject matter experts to comprehend our business strategies and objectives. You will write, refine, and prioritize user stories, features, and epics that support effective solutions while balancing business value. Your role includes maintaining a prioritized backlog for one or multiple Agile teams and ensuring the output meets established acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead discussions across multiple business domains, and participate in program, portfolio, and project planning. As a knowledgeable representative of the business, you will prepare for change and provide metrics for benefits and risks while seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
