Regal Staffing is currently hiring for Production Data Entry Clerk in the Haltom City area.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Production Data Entry Clerk main responsibilities are to support day-to-day production activities by entering data in Microsoft Excel: Daily Production Outputs, Daily Work Order(s) with Lot numbers/ part numbers, etc., Raw material Usage Logs, as well as Weekly Inventory levels. Scan in Work Orders & Operator(s) Checklists into QuickBooks. The Data Entry Clerk will also verify the accuracy of the information versus current standards.

Shift/Pay:

• 5:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday $18-22 depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Strong Microsoft Excel experience with spreadsheets, pivot tables and data analysis from various data sources.
• Data Entry : Enter information from Daily Production Reports, Daily Work Orders, Raw Material Usage Logs, Operator(s) Checklists & Weekly Inventory levels into Microsoft Excel.
• Transcription : Transcribe product lot information & raw material traceability codes from Daily Work orders into Microsoft Excel for finished product QC tracing.
• Basic Data Analysis : Perform basic data analysis/ sorting on data files (ideally via Pivot Tables ) to verify accuracy in the data.
• Organizational Skills : Organize & file production paperwork before and after data entry. Organize Microsoft Excel data files in the computer. Organize the workload for data entry. Organize files by searchable names based on Production date codes.
• Filing : Order & Maintain documents after data entry in physical files, as well as computer files. Scans-in Daily Work Orders and Operator(s) Checklists into QuickBooks & computer files. Familiar with Adobe PDF.
• Communication : Communicate effectively among the Team: Production Manager, Team Leads & QC Tech to ensure all reports & data entry are completed on time & accurately. Communicates to the Team inconsistencies on input data.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
