The Role:

Salary: $1,000 – $1,400 USD per month (depending on experience)
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a meticulous and experienced Proofreader to ensure our content meets the highest editorial standards. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for grammar, consistency, and clarity, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
Responsibilities:
Review and proofread articles, emails, and marketing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and voice across all content
Fact-check basic information to maintain content accuracy
Collaborate with writers and editors to improve clarity and readability
Maintain and update our internal style guide as needed
Deliver polished content on tight deadlines

Ideal Profile:

Requirements:

Exceptional command of written English and grammar rules
Proven experience in proofreading, editing, or content quality assurance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus
Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, and content management systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
