Lollipop Dental Pediatric Dentistry is a pediatric dental practice that has helped thousands of families across Orange County for nearly 12 years. With seven locations in Placentia/Yorba Linda, Garden Grove, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Cerritos, Long Beach, and Lake Forest. Lollipop Dental and its award-winning team has proven that it has one of the best and most competitive practices in the region. Its sister practice, Sweet Smiles Modern Orthodontics, is staffed by some of the best skilled Board Certified Orthodontists in the LA/OC area and is accompanied by an amazing team.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Public Community Relations Marketing Coordinator to join our Lollipop Dental & Sweet Smiles team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing community-focused marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and foster positive relationships within the community. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for community engagement.

Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive community relations marketing plans to promote our brand and services within the local community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and key stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and collaborative initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate community events, sponsorships, and outreach programs to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials, to communicate our involvement in the community.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of community relations initiatives, track metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, representing our brand at community events, meetings, and public forums.
• Collaborate with internal teams, Scheduling Coordinators, Dental Assistants, Doctors, patients, and parents to provide support and quality service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, community issues, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices for community engagement.
• Supervise and advise in the implementation of graphic design, photography/videography, social media, and promotional merchandise and materials.
• Under the direction of the Regional Manager, will develop and implement internal and external contes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community relations, marketing, or public relations roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to attend evening or weekend events as needed.
• This is an in-office position; working remotely is not an option.
