Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare and present detailed property proposals and investment analyses to clients.
  • Assist clients in the preparation and execution of contracts and other real estate documents.
  • Stay updated on local real estate trends, zoning laws, and financing options to provide expert guidance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role within the real estate industry
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values in Pennington and surrounding areas
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and provide strategic advice to clients
  • Proficient in real estate software and CRM tools
  • Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
