Job Title: Red Cap Driver Location: Jim Taylor Ford, Part of Jim Taylor Auto Group Position Overview: Jim Taylor Ford is looking for a responsible, customer-focused Red Cap Driver to join our team. This role involves assisting in customer service and vehicle delivery, along with a variety of administrative and driving responsibilities. As a Red Cap Driver, you will be expected to maintain a clean driving record, have excellent organizational skills, and ensure quality interactions with our valued customers. Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform basic data entry tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update basic Excel spreadsheets.
• Make phone calls to customers to coordinate service and delivery details.
• Pickup and deliver vehicles to customers safely and efficiently, including larger trucks.
• Ensure vehicles and workspaces are kept clean and orderly.
• Exhibit good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfort driving a variety of vehicles, including larger trucks.
• Basic knowledge of data entry and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented.
