Job Description

We are seeking motivated, organized individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Consultants . In this role, you will work with clients to research, plan, and book vacations, cruises, honeymoons, destination weddings, and group travel experiences.

No prior travel industry experience is required. Training, certification, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy client interaction, planning, and building long-term professional skills while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to plan and book travel experiences aligned with their needs and preferences

• Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options

• Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation

• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and online platforms

• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout the planning process
• Participate in basic marketing activities such as sharing travel content and promoting services online (training provided)

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must reside and be legally eligible to work in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico

• Reliable internet access and a computer or smart device

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Customer service skills

• Marketing skills are a plus

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

• Interest in travel and helping others
