What Our Call Center Sales Activation Representatives Enjoy Most About the Role

• Enhancing the customer experience through effective service activation.
• Guiding customers in mobile and internet setup using various tools.
• Upselling additional products by maximizing customer opportunities.
• Staying informed on Spectrum products and managing escalations.
• Meeting performance targets and sharing best practices with the team.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalen

Experience

• 2+ years in sales or customer service

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with computers and software applications
• Knowledge of office procedures, policies, and troubleshooting

Skills & Abilities

• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
• Sales skills like analysis, objection handling, pitching, and closing
• Customer complaint resolution while managing back-to-back calls
• Bilingual Spanish Required

Preferred Qualifications

• Confidentiality and problem-solving under pressure
• Knowledge of cable/telephony industry and services
• Familiarity with residential product detail
