Role Overview We are accepting applications for an Associate or Account Manager within our expanding Affiliate Marketing team, focusing on the Crypto Currency vertical. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, campaigns, and collaborating with senior leaders to develop strategies that ensure client success. You will also participate in recruitment, networking, and mentoring. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver high-quality outputs, and use data insights to optimize campaigns. Data Analytics & Strategic Recommendations: Analyze performance data to inform strategies, forecast trends, and present actionable insights. Campaign & Partner Management: Manage relationships with key partners, attend industry events, and suggest new ideas for growth. Operational Execution: Implement marketing strategies, monitor performance, and adjust tactics for optimal results. Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment. Success Metrics Support multiple client accounts, meet KPIs, and maintain high client satisfaction scores (8+). Over time, take full accountability for client success and develop team members. Ideal Candidate Qualities Interest or knowledge in cryptocurrency markets Curiosity, critical thinking, confidence, resilience, and relationship orientation Proactive, outcome-focused, and ethical Minimum Qualifications 3-5 years in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing Experience in cryptocurrency or finance verticals Direct affiliate marketing experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Ability to travel up to 20% Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with affiliate networks is a plus Why Choose Acceleration Partners?
