MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Senior Military Operations Principal , the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to a critical mission program in Tamp, FL. You will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and evaluating data pertaining to operations and organizations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
- Experience in briefing and directly supporting General and Flag level Officer and Senior Executives.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as other government FAR and Directive 70-1.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Creation, maintenance, and updating of financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
- Conducting plans and providing recommendations to the client on task workloads
- Ensuring team members understand and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members.

- Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience
- Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI clearance
- Role requirements: Military Experience, Special Operations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification issued from the Project Management Institute (PMI). - Preferred
Location: On Customer Site - Tampa, FL

The likely salary range for this position is $100,300 - $135,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
