Description Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Financial Services is recruiting for a Senior Tax Manager at a Growing Venture Capital Fund. This is a full-time permanent role based in San Francisco with a Hybrid schedule. In this role, you'll manage tax work for a variety of startups and growing companies. You'll work with external advisors, handle tax compliance, and support business growth. Responsibilities + Manage daily tax tasks for management companies, funds, and portfolio startups + Coordinate with external tax accountants for timely and accurate filings + Review and finalize tax returns, K-1s, and state filings + Handle investor tax questions and maintain partner info + Support tax structuring and transaction research + Ensure startups stay compliant during early and growth stages + Manage informational returns (e.g., 1099s), tax notices, and deadlines + Keep up with tax laws and improve processes *Contact Michelle Espejo via LinkedIn or email for additional info and immediate consideration.
