Position Summary: STARPLUS ENERGY LLC is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst, who will oversee, monitor, and coordinate all activities related to Department of Energy (DOE) loan and other fund-related responsibilities. This position will ensure compliance with DOE regulations, manage loan disbursements, maintain accurate records, and oversee other funding sources while coordinating with several different department. In addition to this, Treasury Analyst is also responsible for managing liquidity of the company and identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to protect STARPLUS ENERGY LLC from potential harm to ensure the company's long-term success. This position reports to the Treasury Manager. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the DOE loan, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper fund disbursement according to DOE guidelines. Collaborate with internal departments to collect documentation and support timely reporting to DOE and senior management. Monitor daily cash positions, update cash flow forecasts, and communicate cash needs or surpluses to the treasury manager. Oversee insurance programs, including structuring, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with brokers and administrators. Lead underwriting and claims management processes, providing risk management and insurance expertise. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Basic: Minimum Age: 18 years old Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in treasury or finance, focus on loan/fund management preferred Must be advanced level with MS office (especially excel) Must be eligible to work in the United States While travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international) Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required Preferred: Experience working in manufacturing industry (especially Electric Vehicle) MBA degree, CPA license holder (or candidate) English & Korean proficiency Strong understanding of government loan programs Experience negotiating insurance terms and conditions in contracts with third parties Working Conditions: Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time Ability to work around the potential exposure to dust and chemicals Ability to wear appropriate PPE as deemed essential for the job function Ability to lift up to 30 pounds To safely perform the essential functions of the position you must be able to distinguish colors
