Job Summary We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of social listening, e-commerce trends, and graphic design, along with excellent relationship management skills. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals.
• Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate e-commerce initiatives into social media campaigns.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to expand brand reach.
• Capture high-quality photographs for use in social media content.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in public relations and web management.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration into social media marketing.
• Experience in public relations or relationship management is a plus.
• Knowledge of photography techniques to create visually appealing content.
• Ability to conduct effective social listening to understand audience needs and preferences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.

Pay: $45,799.26 - $55,156.10 per year
