Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
• Basic computer skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in math and financial management

Responsibilities:

• Team Environment: Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees, communicate job expectations, and support team development.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a guest-first culture, ensure shifts are appropriately staffed, enforce safety guidelines, and execute Brand standards.
• Profitability: Control costs, execute marketing promotions, new product roll-outs, drive sales goals, and track results.
