Job Description

*Position Title:* Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Family Group Facilitator
*Supervisor:* Director of Clinical Services

*Position Overview:*
The SUD Family Group Facilitator leads structured family therapy sessions to promote open communication, healthy boundaries, and understanding among families affected by addiction. This role plays a critical part in enhancing recovery outcomes through education, support, and collaboration.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Facilitate Family Sessions:* Guide discussions on addiction, recovery, and family dynamics using evidence-based approaches.
* *Coordinate Scheduling:* Manage session scheduling with clients, families, and clinical staff to ensure participation and program integration.
* *Maintain Documentation:* Complete timely and accurate notes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), meeting clinical and confidentiality standards.
* *Enhance Communication:* Use active listening and conflict resolution skills to support constructive dialogue and mutual understanding.
* *Professional Growth:* Attend supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing training to remain current in family therapy and addiction treatment practices.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* Experience working with families impacted by substance use disorders.
* Kentucky licensure (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA) or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
