This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a seasoned Survey Professional to build and lead a department from the ground up, with the full support of executive leadership.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Survey Department Manager who will take full ownership of launching and managing the new Surveying Division. This individual will be responsible for shaping department structure, hiring and mentoring staff, implementing best practices, and serving as a key technical and strategic leader within the organization.
