Monday through Friday, 2 pm to 6 pm. With possibility of additional hours.

Duties

Responsibilities
-

• Actively engage in activities; manage cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of classroom materials.
• Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and engaging learning environment
• Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions.
• Encourage self-help and good hygiene through behavior modeling.
• Follow all center policies and state regulations.
• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

High School Degree
Two years experience working with children in a group, school aged (Kindergarten to 3rd grades preferred)
Ability to pass background checks

Nice To Haves

Some college courses are required in Early Childhood Education - or Elementary Education.
CPR and First Aid
