The Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Team Lead to guide our integrated Sales and Customer Experience teams. This is an opportunity for a passionate leader with a strong background in consultative selling, team coaching, and operational excellence. You will be instrumental in driving team performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and empowering your team to achieve and exceed their goals.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
Required:
3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity within a sales or customer support environment.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
A strong understanding of effective, customer-centric sales strategies.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and team motivation skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience.
Preferred:
Direct experience with inside or field sales models.
Familiarity with data analysis and sales forecasting software.
Background in a high-growth, technology, or customer-focused industry.
Polished presentation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
