Travel Electrician

Job Summary:

Essential HealthCare Solutions LLC is dedicated to supporting disaster relief efforts by providing expert electrical services that ensure safety and operational continuity in emergency environments. We are seeking a skilled Licensed Electrician with at least 2 years of professional experience and a background in emergency management or disaster response to join our rapid deployment team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in disaster-affected and emergency staging sites.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable local, state, and national electrical codes as well as emergency safety standards.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and supporting electrical safety components of disaster response and emergency management plans.
• Conduct thorough safety inspections and risk assessments to mitigate electrical hazards in dynamic disaster environments.
• Respond rapidly to electrical emergencies on-site and coordinate with disaster response teams to restore power and ensure safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system failures to minimize downtime and support critical disaster relief operations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, safety officers, emergency personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure safety compliance and project success.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of electrical work, safety inspections, emergency incidents, and repairs.
• Stay current with evolving electrical codes, safety protocols, and emergency management best practices relevant to disaster relief.

Qualifications:

• Valid Electrical License (state-specific or national certification).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional electrical experience.
• Experience or training in emergency management, disaster response, or related safety planning.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electrical codes, and safety procedures in both standard and emergency contexts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in challenging environments and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to disaster sites.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in emergency management or disaster response training.
• Proven experience in electrical emergency response and coordination during disaster recovery efforts.
• Familiarity with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment in field conditions.

Commensurate with experience
