Role Summary

We are seeking a highly efficient, detail-oriented Vacation Booking Expert & Fulfillment Specialist to handle the accurate and timely execution of all client bookings. This role is crucial for ensuring that the client's planned itinerary translates perfectly into confirmed reservations. The ideal candidate must be adept at using various booking platforms, managing deadlines, and quickly solving discrepancies to uphold our standard of value-driven excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking and Fulfillment: Execute all confirmed travel reservations across various platforms (GDS, supplier portals, aggregators) including flights, hotels, car rentals, excursions, and activities.
• Accuracy and Quality Control: Meticulously review all booking confirmations against client itineraries to ensure 100% accuracy in dates, names, room categories, and included amenities (e.g., breakfast, transfers).
• Payment and Financial Processing: Process client payments securely, manage deposits, monitor final payment deadlines, and track supplier commissions promptly.
• Value Maximization: Apply professional knowledge to identify opportunities for value addition during the booking process, such as leveraging loyalty programs, requesting upgrades, or identifying cost-saving alternatives without sacrificing quality.
• Documentation and Hand-Off: Organize all final booking confirmations and documentation for a seamless hand-off to the Client Success/Travel Designer teams.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for booking errors or supplier-initiated changes (e.g., flight time changes), resolving issues quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and verification.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for managing pricing, taxes, and financial details.
• Ability to work independently, manage high-volume tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a remote environment..
