Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our communications efforts, helping to craft and disseminate our brand's message across various channels. You will play a critical role in enhancing our organization's visibility and engagement through strategic communication efforts. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Create and manage content for social media channels, blogs, and newsletters.
• Draft press releases and media materials to support PR initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee the production of internal communication materials.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and make improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with content management systems and email marketing tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
