Customer Service and Sales Representative

About the Role
We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Sales Representatives. This remote, 1099 independent contractor role offers performance-based pay with unlimited earning potential . You’ll assist clients in finding solutions that meet their needs while providing excellent service from start to finish. No prior sales or insurance experience is necessary—training and mentorship are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services

• Conduct virtual or phone consultations to learn about their needs and goals

• Recommend products and services that fit their situation and budget

• Guide clients through the application process

• Keep accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM

• Participate in ongoing training to grow your skills
