Job Description

A well-established multi-state print communications company is seeking an experienced Print Estimator & Purchasing Specialist. This role is critical in supporting daily estimating functions and managing the procurement of paper and supplies to meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely estimates for lithographic and digital print jobs
Assist in purchasing paper and materials needed for production
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to meet manufacturing schedules
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure job specifications are met
Maintain up-to-date records of estimates and purchase orders
Support production and operations as needed

Key Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in the printing industry (required)
3–5 years of experience in estimating for lithographic and digital processes
Strong understanding of litho manufacturing
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
