What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from clients seeking help with tax relief.

• Guide conversations using our proven three-step process: consult, listen, and provide personalized solutions.

• Educate clients on programs that reduce or resolve tax debt.

• Close deals, hit targets, and maximize your commissions and bonuses.

• Collaborate with managers and teammates in a supportive, goal-driven environment.

What We're Looking For

• Motivated, coachable sales professionals with a drive to succeed.

• Reliable team players able to work in Phoenix now and in Chandler mid-October .

• Experience in inside sales or related fields preferred but not required.

The Details

• Location: Phoenix, AZ (moving to Chandler mid-October 2025)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, plus one half-day Saturday per month

• Compensation: 15% commission on closed deals + daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses

• Onboarding: Weekly new-hire classes; start earning fast
