Job Title: Social Media Executive Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 6 Months - 1 year Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of how to leverage various platforms to enhance brand presence, engagement, and drive results. As a Social Media Executive, you will assist in managing and executing social media strategies, content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: ● Content Creation & Management: ○ Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). ○ Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging. ○ Create visual assets, copywriting, and short-form videos to drive engagement. ● Social Media Strategy Execution: ○ Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. ○ Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to create relevant and timely content. ● Community Engagement: ○ Interact with followers and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner. ○ Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to enhance online community engagement. ● Performance Tracking & Reporting: ○ Track social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.). ○ Generate weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, and conversions. ○ Analyze data to optimize social media strategies and campaigns for better performance. ● Collaboration: ○ Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. ○ Assist in brainstorming and executing cross-channel campaigns with other departments (e.g., sales, PR). Required Skills & Qualifications: ● 6 months- 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role. ● Proficient in social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). ● Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. ● Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar. ● Understanding of social media trends, audience insights, and engagement tactics. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). ● Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite). ● Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. Personal Attributes: ● Detail-oriented and highly organised. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. ● Proactive, positive attitude, and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing. ● Must be comfortable featuring himself/herself in the content.
