Job Title: Traffic Coordinator
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; some Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay: $15/hour
Position Type: Temp to Hire

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Coordinator to support site logistics and material movement. Responsibilities include directing forklift operators, assisting with traffic control during road closures, and maintaining a clean and organized yard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct forklift operators safely using radios and hand signals, identifying obstacles and hazards.
• Control street traffic when necessary during equipment transport.
• Clear wood, pallets, and related materials from the yard to maintain safe working areas.
• Stand and walk for at least 90% of the shift.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and respond to safety cues and alarms.
• Lift up to 50 pounds routinely.
• Work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Operate in high-noise environments and navigate confined spaces as needed.
• Perform tasks involving stooping, kneeling, crouching, and other physically demanding movements.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety vests, hearing protection, goggles, steel-toed boots, and gloves.

Requirements:

• Consistent and verifiable work history.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass a national background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled setting for extended periods.
• Physically capable of performing heavy labor and standing for long durations.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Dependable, punctual, and open to learning new responsibilities.
