Truck Team Member: Driver, General Labor, Customer Service
Full-Time: Weekend availability required .
Pay : $20-$28 includes $16 base, profit share and tips.

What you’ll be doing as a Field Team Member:
- Customer Service : WOWing every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and exceptional service
- Truck Operations : Safe driving and loading of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks with a team member (so a valid standard driver’s license is required)
- Junk Removal : Heavy and light lifting required for removal of "junk" from residential and commercial client locations (i.e. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard, and garage junk)
- Marketing : Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter
- Sales : Providing estimates to customers that call us for quotes to have items removed and educating them on how we safely dispose of, recycle, and/or donate what we can to keep as much out of landfills as possible - because we all need to care about our planet.
- Safety : Commitment to the safe and professional navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers’ belongings.
- Professional & Uniformed : We always wear uniforms and provide you with what you need (shirts, sweaters, coats, hats, gloves) to represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and make a great impression.
Qualifications:
- 21+ years of age (for D.O.T purposes)
- A valid standard driver's license
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude!
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset (but not required)
- Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
Previous experience in the following is a plus:
- Delivery Driver
- Non CDL Driver
