We're Cousin's Main Street Collision located in scenic Salem County, New Jersey and we're hiring for a full-time Monday-Friday position with opportunities to work overtime. We are a family-run business that is growing quickly and needs candidates who are reliable, respectful, and hard-working. We take care of our customers' cars as if they're our own and we expect that mindset from every member of our team. Our focus is on doing the job right the first time and sending out quality work that we are proud to put our name on.

• Professional development assistance (continued ICAR education) is also offered.
• Salary is based on experience and ability.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle.
• Repair collision-damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Work with the production schedule including meeting deadlines.
• Mechanical Experience.

Requirements:

• High production capabilities.
• Ability to properly complete light repairs, heavy repairs, and framework.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• ASE and ICAR Certified Preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail.
