On-Site Property Manager
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Eligible for Overtime
Pay Range: $52,000 - $59,000
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced On-Site Property Manager to lead operations at our newly acquired residential community in Thousand Oaks. This client-facing role requires on-site residency, offering a 33% rent discount off the market rate (residency available upon completion of the introductory period).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the residential apartment community
Supervise and mentor on-site maintenance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and fair housing laws
Lead leasing efforts to maximize occupancy rates
Foster strong resident relationships and community engagement
Manage rent collection, resident relations, and vendor services
Conduct property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or customer service
Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (AppFolio preferred)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification or equivalent industry training preferred
